Fetch Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Photo Video Maker With Music mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play (package: com.fetch.videoeditor.videomaker.slideshow.shortvideo). • On-device data (photos, videos, projects): retained until you delete them or uninstall the App
• Analytics data: retained by Firebase for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted
• Crash reports: retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days
• Ad data: managed by respective ad network partners per their retention policies

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Opt Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Going to Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device
• Selecting "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

7.2 Data Deletion

You can delete all app data by:

• Going to Settings → Apps → Photo Video Maker → Storage → Clear Data
• Uninstalling the App (removes all on-device data)

All videos and photos you create are stored on your device and are fully accessible to you. You can share, copy, or move them at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

Data collected by third-party SDKs may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These transfers are governed by the respective SDK provider's data processing agreements and comply with applicable data protection laws.

12. Website analytics & cookies

This section covers our website at photovideomaker.app (including the blog). It does not describe the app, which is covered by the sections above.

We use Google Analytics 4 (a service of Google LLC) to understand how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine), approximate location (country or region, derived from the IP address — Google truncates the IP address and does not store it), browser and device type, and interactions such as clicks on download links. For this, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on our domain (_ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 2 years) that recognise a browser on repeat visits. These cookies do not identify you by name, and we do not link website analytics to any app account or in-app data. Google processes this information on its own servers, which may be outside your country, under its privacy policy and its description of how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We keep analytics reports for 14 months and use them only to improve the website and its content — never for advertising.

Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard server logs (IP address, time of request, pages requested, browser) for security and operations.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use a content-blocking extension — the website works fully without these cookies. If you have questions about analytics on the website, contact us using the details below.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
